I believe in developing a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and working with them as an ally and partner in the process of healing and positive change. I support clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Integrative Health Strategies, Humor, and other approaches as needed to personalize treatment for each client. My Experience: I have worked in the Brazosport Community as an educator and counselor since 1996. I served students and families as a teacher and school counselor in Brazosport Independent School District for 22 years and as a counselor at Brazosport College for 4 years. I began my work as a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2015. I am passionate about serving my community and helping others to learn, heal, and grow.
